Theatre Kent is a community-based theatre organization in the heart of Southwestern Ontario. Each year we provide a minimum of three productions, allowing area residents to be involved in every aspect of community theatre. From acting to hunting down props, building sets, making costumes and everything in between, community theatre provides an outlet for anyone interested in this crazy thing we call theatre.
A non-profit organization, Theatre Kent is operated by a seven member board of directors, which holds monthly meetings. Karen Robinet of Chatham is the current president.
Theatre Kent also operates TK Wings Performers Training Camps, for youths aged 8to 15. The program offers two four-week theatre camps during the summer and allows budding thespians to dabble in all aspects of theatre.
